Forte is delighted to welcome Dr. Gargi Dwivedi, a board-certified family medicine physician who has been caring for Valley members for nearly 25 years. Dr. Dwivedi is passionate about guiding patients through their life stages with expertise and empathy. Dr. Dwivedi strives to be a trusted partner in her patients’ health journeys. Known for her ability to blend evidence-based medicine with a deeply personal touch, she ensures that every patient feels heard, understood, and supported. Originally from Mumbai, India, Dr. Dwivedi completed her medical education before moving to the United States for advanced training. She completed her residency in Family Medicine at Saint Joseph’s Hospital in Phoenix. Her clinical expertise includes women’s health—supporting patients through fertility, PCOS, menopause, and beyond—as well as chronic care management and preventive wellness.
Throughout her career, Dr. Dwivedi has been praised for her whole-person approach.. She is known by patients and peers alike for her unwavering commitment to building lasting doctor-patient relationships. Outside of medicine, Dr. Dwivedi is a proud mother of three. She enjoys cooking, painting, and yoga, and values exercise as an essential tool for balance, both physically and mentally. She often shares these passions with her patients, encouraging them to find activities that bring them joy while supporting their health. Dr. Dwivedi is excited to continue caring for families in the Valley and looks forward to building lasting connections with new and returning patients alike.
